Re: Candida Die-Off/Allergic Reaction?

So I came back from my doctor's visit. Everything seemed to be normal except Vitamin D. I was not anemic and was tested for Celiac, Lyme, Lupus, etc. Sugar was high but doctor reassured me that this can happen if you have eaten before a test. Which I did.

My doctor has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Not sure how to feel about this. Any suggestions? Body pain is still continuing and not sure if it is diet related.Really trying to eat bland vegetarian diet. Not sure what to do.

Still off of antifungals. The only antifungals if they count would be apple cider vinegar, ginger, vegetables, and the occasional coconut oil in my tea. Kombucha is in small bits. I tried my multivitamin the other day and had a flare up again. Doing a liquid B12 vitamin but I don't think it bothers me (not sure). Been taking DGL Licorice and Milk Thistle. Don't think this bothering me as well.

I have introduced sauerkraut into my diet. Not sure if I am having a reaction or not. Tried skyr yogurt and pretty sure it didn't agree with me either.

My main problem with all of this is that yeah I experienced joint pain and other symptoms prior to the cleanse, but now it is worse. I am off everything and still feeling a lot of pain.

Going to see an allergist and will be having an endoscopy next week. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to read all of this. It means a lot to me and oddly is helping me through night panics.
