It is so nice to make old posts new again :) This is very fitting because I'm going to try another fast. Your simple recipe is anti fungal and delish, but I'm very careful with the glycemic index of carrots and apples. I'll start off with 3 carrots and 1/2 an apple. If I make it past 3 days, I should be able to tolerate the full amount in a serving.
Good call about the dehumidifier, but here's the thing. The house I live in already has one built in. I've even tested the humidity in the upstairs where I live, and it's always below 50%. Yet on days when it's less humid outside, I always sleep better. It's like the dehumidifier works, but can't replicate how I feel on a non- humid day. I'm wondering if this has to do with the mold count, as opposed the the humidity.
Do you feel better on less humid days as well, despite your dehumidifier? You think it'd be wise to purchase an air purifier that eliminates mold spores as well, but I've tried two already, and the air made me feel funny. Is that what your ION machine is? If so, can you recommend a place I can purchase it with a good return policy?
