Re: Candida Die-Off/Allergic Reaction?

So went to Allergist today and everything came back clean. food intolerances is what is suspected. Going to have to be a food detective and basically rule stuff out (though it's hard because everything seems to be setting me off these days...)

Thursday I have upper GI appointment. Doctor wants to rule out H Pylori etc. Not entirely sure if this is the problem.

Bought Enzymedica Digest Spectrum. Hopefully this will help with all the multiple food allergies . Have DGL, Slippery Elm, as well.

Still in pain and go through brain fog/migraines after eating.

Trying to stick to very neutral vegetarian food. Trying to alternate foods and limit the amount of aggressive foods that I could intake.

Any insight as to what I could possibly do to combat Leaky Gut (that is what I suspect this to be), would be most appreciated.
