The only symptoms I have now are poor sleep, low-ish libido, and hair shedding.
Hypo-metabolic, probably hypothyroid.
I've been taking Vit C, B complex, and omega-3 and olive oil 3 times a day with magnesium in the AM.
If you're 1000% sure these pills are helping then continue, usually when people are stuck something they are assuming is good for them is not actually good.
My diet has also been spot on with low Sugar as well.
I suspect you need more calories, but not sure. Maybe try fruit sugars. I am dumbing down Ray Peat information for you because I'm lazy and don't want to write a novel now. His hypometabolic program would be good amounts of salt, lots of fruit calories, some protein, gelatin, liver, not so much muscle meats /favoring dairy protein, ice cream with sugar, butter, coconut oil.
I go to sleep at around 10:30 every night and i'll wake up 2.5-3 hours later for no reason,
Most likely liver meridian.
and then go back to sleep until early in the morning. I feel like if I could sleep uninterrupted throughout the night, that my adrenal fatigue would finally go away completely. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?
Raise your body temperature if it is low, which it probably is.
Once you raise your calorie intake then start some liver cleansing.
Sleep disturbance is also very correlated with parasites, so you'll need to look into that.
