First off, I'm sorry to hear that your struggling with this. I know how rough it can be.
I am a big proponent of leave it alone. Click on my name to read my past posts about it.
Two things I would say to try while you do it:
1) Try going gluten free for a min of 6 weeks and see if that has any effect. Once you get used to eating gluten free it is actually very easy to keep up. Longterm mentioned she thinks that may have played a role in her success.
2) Try Earth's Pearl probiotics or some equivalent probiotic w/ a time release. I started using them after reading this thread
and I got to say they've made me feel so much better. If a gluten free diet is helping then we're definitely looking at something wrong in the gut, which probiotics would make sense for.
