Ginger tea or cayenne?

Glad you're feeling so well! Have you tried Ginger Tea? It is warming and stimuating to circulation. Mince fresh ginger root and boil it in water for 20 mins. Strain, dilute to taste and drink with honey.

Another thought is to put a pinch of cayenne into your lemonaid.

A final thought -- warm baths with Epsom Salts and baking soda to pull toxins out and relax your muscles. Make them cool enough to enjoy for 30 - 40 minutes and finish with a warm shower to rinse the excreted toxins off your skin. I rub coconut oil on my skin afterward, then tumble into bed. Olive oil or any good oil would probably do as well.

Take care and stay warm!

Emily
