I was going to try lecithin as a help for Gallstones and such. The issue is just i get weird heart sensation even from smal dosage. the recomended dose is like 1-2 tablespoons. I took 1 teaspoon and got these arrytmias. I could handle 1 spicespoon tho ( 1/5 of a teaspoon )
So wtf is wrong with me. I have the same issue when i take iodine. I use the ammonium iosole Iodine from wellness resourses. And if I take more then the recomended FDA dose i get heart issues.
First i thought it was the high potasium content in lecitin but i kind of doubt that. I should get more from eating 2 bananas.
I do take selenium but not the methionine one. Should i start with all the recomended Iodine formulas?:

Selenium 200mcg L-selenomethionine or Methylselenocystine Tablets
Magnesium 400mg best=glycinate, citrate or malate
Vitamin C - 2,000+mg
