Vegetarian Switching to Gaps Diet? Any tips?

Hi,

I have posted here before and still am experiencing a lot of difficulties with my gut. Did a Candida Cleanse a month ago and still am not feeling well. Feels like I am still allergic to everything and would really like to try a new a approach.

Would like to try the GAPS diet and slowly introduce meat back into my diet. I want to continue to work on fighting any potential fungal infection going on in my stomach. Am seeing my GI tomorrow for results for an endoscopy.

Any suggestions for anyone here as to how to introduce meat/fish back into my diet? I know I have to address the potential bacterial infection going on beforehand but I really would like to start GAPS and heal that way. Would start very slowly and stick with broth and small things in the beginning.

I am not feeling great being a vegetarian sadly and I really need to make the change.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! :)
