I have 26% fat, due to not being able to do long aerobic exercise or serious weight training for years now. I look quite slender due to not much muscle mass. This makes me think, fat-wise I can do quite a long fast - maybe at least 30 days, if no electrolyte problems arise. I don't care how I will look at the end, since function and health matter much more, and I have never had problems putting weight, when too skinny.
