Re: Is my chronic anxiety caused by adrenal fatigue or my brain?

Hello Alwaysleepy,

Sorry for the delay in response. I have been in and out of town or a week.

If you go back to one of my post and up to the left of my picture in blue highlighted letters will be the words "Contact Me". Click on that and it will take you to your page where you can send me an email. Also you can check your mail by going to the very top of the page and under the word Curezone you will see a blue bar that run horizontal across the page. On that bar the 8th selection is "Mail" and that is where you can go to check your mail.

As far PTSD and high cortisol those go hand and hand. Any high cortisol or adrenal fatigue starts with stress. If the stress goes on for awhile or is shocking to the brain your brain pathways will change, your hormones get tired and your organs become fatigued. Stress is always to overstimulate the nervous system. The nervous sends a signal out to the hormones system and organs.

There are three parts to it:
Rebuild amino acid stores
Brain Retraining - Return Brain pathways to fire more joy than fear

I can help figure out the cheapest way to do this.
