severe constipation and gas pains

Please help me for last 10 years on and off I have problems with my digestion tried every probotic you can think of and it would give me severe gas pains in my bowels and make me burp a lot so had to stop did stool test found nothing but low on one of my gut floras and do not digest fats I just found out 6 months ago my gallbladder is not functioning its 30 percent for the last year my bowel has developed such severe chronic constipation with severe pressure and chronic gas pains I am in agony all the time can hardly walk now tried everything from enemas to clearing the bowels out tried colonics to probotic implant everything has made my bowel more worse I have fecal loading on x ray even though i empty twice in morning there is no space in my bowels can someone please tell me why probotics have always made my bowels worse??And could the liver and gallbladder be causing this??I have chronic ringing in ears since my bowels stopped emptying and tried to end my life twice its the gas pains I tried every diet I could nothing helps only thing that showed up on organic moats test was clostrida in the small bowls and alittle yeast I totally heatbroken because everything I try natural and medical had made it worse can someone please give me advice my gut floras low and I do not digest fats stool tests say I just cannot tolerate probotics of any form they make everything so much worse any advice would be great please help me i am in agony all day every day and cry all the time my stomach is rock hard to because I am so bunged up everywhere with poo I also have bile in my stomach and acid reflex now I have taken antibitoics over the years and these and stress has not helped but for last 5 years i was ok till I started eating eggs alot startinbg reacting to them and then things like jam donuts gallbladder supplements have not helped to so not sure how and what I can do to help my gut get better???please advice me I can hardly walk and feel like ending my life so so sad and in pain with chronic aching and severe gas pains they told me I have fermantation in my pain hence all the gas pains cause I am so backed up Tweet
