My first suggestion to you is to relax and determine what you eat.

Eat baked foods, brown rice, a lot of fresh greens (not canned greens), and 100% juice only for a lengthy period of time. You will be amazed what good food can do. Try not to eat very late at night. It prevents acid reflux and improper digestion. Your diet can eliminate the other compounding ailments too.
