I'm very interested in your brain training techniques, and the quicker ways to program positive pathways. I have done A LOT of work on myself, but still in times of stress I can revert to fearful thinking.
I'm just recognizing that I am in stage 3 adrenal fatigue, and I'm changing my diet completely and seeking help with a naturopathic doctor named Andrew Neville.
I'm at the beginning stages of my recovery, but I'd be happy to keep you all posted on my progress. I would also love to hear what has worked for others on this path. I mean I'm just literally learning how to eat well and prepare meals for myself, etc. I was always "too busy" for that in the past...hence my adrenal fatigue now.
