Hello, it is good you apply some diet pattern to your eating style. However non nutritious foods can be addictive and lead to a cycle of food cravings. This creates extra work and energy for fiber extracts to flush out any toxins produced. My doctor told me if I don't have soda drink in 90 days I won't have taste for it any more. I tried it and for 3 years now I have no taste for soda. I will suggest you think of a simple detox plan that can restrict your pattern of eating and drinking for a a few days. I will also suggest you look into a book titled "EAT TO LIVE" by Joel Fuhrman, M,D. It will help you out a lot.
