Liver pain

I'm new to this forum and have done four rounds of the roundworm and fluke protocols published by ICU. I have seen good progress and am most grateful for your information. Last week I took a break because of liver discomfort and generally feeling ill. Would anyone think about resting their liver for more than a week? Or just continue on?
