While the peel might contain all that good nutrition it is not a good idea on the cleanse to be adding oils and fiber as that will stimulate digestion and not only interfere with the cleanse but since you are stimulating digestion it will probably keep you hungry throughout the fast.

In the book Mr B recommends to use "some" of the pithy white part of the peel then liquifying in a blender to help with eliminations otherwise you can buy a one of those manual citrus juicers or an electric one for 12/15 bucks at Wallyworld and strain the juice after.
