It's hard to give a time frame for improvement because all I have ever had to go by is peoples reactions, and no doubt you have found that people can be incredibly polite, eventually you got to know though. I'd say about a week or so, but that's just a guess, I always wished I had a more objective opinion, but by family is nose blind to me, and I felt it difficult to ask other people directly. There were individuals who made it known in no uncertain terms though and the day I walked it and heard them whisper "it doesn't smell of anything today" I was ecstatic. Shortly after this I ran out of my zinc (chelated) and changed to a brand that said it was a food form and the problem reoccurred along with skin issues I would have. Same thing happened when I ran out of the vitamins and I got careless and didn't replace them for about a month. This helped me to figure the essentials. Don't forget to read the recommended protocols concerning omega 6, and other recommended supplements. Wishing you well.
