I totally get it. I used to be super confident, social etc etc now I find it hard looking people in the eye.
Even though it sucks and it's really hard to accept whatever's going on in life, you just have to be like ok, this is where I am, and take it in your stride. Do something you like every day, read a book, or just sit in your garden in the sun. Make sure there's one thing you do every day you enjoy.
Even just talking to people on here is helpful.
But mostly, don't stop looking for a cure. Try EVERYTHING. I strongly believe EC is a mixture of internal and external disharmony. So something inside has cause inflammation outside and then due to trauma (us peeling the lips or infection etc) has created an even more difficult problem.
Finding out the reason for the inflammation is obviously very important. And not adding to the inflammation goes without saying.
