According to a textbook I use (last revision 2012) Enterobius vermicularis, commonly called pinworms, has a therapy of albendazole or mebendazole or pyrantel pamoate. Pyrantel pamoate is sold over the counter as Reese's Pinworm medication. The directions in the box are wrong according to the CDC. You need to redo the treatment after 2 weeks to be sure that you have killed all of them. Hygiene is very critical. Search other threads on Curezone for more info. Mebendazole is available via Ebay from overseas.
Strongyloides stercoralis, commonly known as threadworm, has a therapy of Ivermectin or Thiabendazole.
The dose is not listed for either as it is probably dosed by body weight and age. Again, search the threads to find where you can get ivermectin.
