Haha, well, in my experience, anything high in glutamate will repair intestinal lining. Bone broth, l-glutamine also things sauerkraut and coconut oil. Juice fasting with mostly greens are full of good amino acids which is also really helpful, as well as alkalising at the same time. I have a feeling acidity plays a very big part in this condition. Which would really back up the reason that stress plays such a big factor. Stress can acidity he body AND give you a leaky gut!!! The same amount or even more than infection or eating badly.
So when I see other posters on here saying they stopped stressing and it went away, or even case reports on ec resolving after antidepressants, I would assume that their stress levels directly affected their immune system and gut permiability.
Just my thoughts :) I'm working on all of it so I'll let everyone know my progress along the way, I'm trying to cover all bases haha
