Need direction
okay, where to start? 2 years ago I was diagnosed with candida as well as LOTS of gluten and
food sensitivity . So I immediately started a strict candida diet. I also tried several of the Candida supplements. A year after that I developed sever adrenal fatigue. After much research, I realized that leaky gut and candida go hand in hand and I was not addressing the leaky gut with any of the so called supplements that were suggested. So after speaking with my practitioner, she looked at the $8000 of blood work that I had done at the beginning of this story and confirmed the Leaky gut. I have been trying to take L-glutamine, enzymes and probiotics. I have so many other supplements that I am on It is hard to remember all them.
So my question is; Can anyone tell me what the best diet to follow for the leaky gut and candida?
What is the best way to take the supplements for the leaky gut?
My only symptoms I am experiencing is
1. hard to work out because of the adrenal fatigue, which is getting better.
2. Bloating
3. occasional achy body, depending on sleep and how much I do on work out. Which by the way I am only doing a 15 min walk and 15 to 20 min yoga 3 times a week. I just started this about 3 weeks ago.
4. My rectum is itchy at times, only when I eat or drink something that triggers it.
5. I have gained 13 lbs since I started this 2 yrs ago and I was not underweight before this.
