As long as you are just taking the standard dose of B complex the small amount of biotin shouldn't be a problem. I made the same mistake. Now I take one B complex a day and add the others I want as single supplements. I add B1, B2, B3, B12, folate.
It took about 4 weeks before my hair stopped falling out. Even if it was the Albendazole don't take any extra Biotin if you like your hair.
The scientific journal I read pretty much said too much Biotin will cause your hair to fall out. I haven't gotten good at keeping copies of articles especially when they cause me to exclaim "Ah sh**".
