Re: Molybdenum .....is it good or bad for candida?

Thank you so, so, much for this post! I came across molybdenum this morning when i was suffering drastically from what felt like toxicity of my system from candida.

In fact, it was so intense that any type of natural herb or Antibiotic (ginger, turmeric, etc) sprinkled on my food would cause me to go toxic and get weak, with cramping, joint pain, etc.

I found Molybdenum Chelated by KAL at the Vitamin Shoppe in San Jose and its dosage is 250 mcg. I took it twice to day, and I can literally feel the former toxicity being converted into fuel for my body. IT is absolutely unbelievable. How on earth could this trace mineral be so effective, so fast??? Indeed it is. So far in the last few hours my cold hands from hypothyroidism have gone away, my joint and muscle pain is reduced, my negative attitude from the toxins stored in my tissue has gone down

If it's this much after 4 hours, I can't wait to see how my candida situation looks in a week! I am very pleased so far.
