I think thats a good idea. The castor oil really gives a strong detox of the liver.

I loved daily coffee enemas but my weak body was too irritated by them. I found a few others like me that had colon inflammation from coffee enemas confirmed by a colonscopy.

SO i am hoping i can avoid this issue adding caffine pwoder to a plain chamomile enema, Tweet
