I don't think that Yogurt is a the best source of protein. You can eat it if you feel like you need to, the probiotics may be helpful.

If you can find raw yogurt, that would be cool, but most of it is pasteurized.

My answer is to eat fruit, nuts, and leaves. Dairy is a contentious topic and you will not find much support for it here. Go to nutritiondata.com if you want to find the protein content of foods.

I think most would agree that someone of your size would need about 25g of protein per day. Keep in mind that a pound of Kale contains about 14g and a Pineapple contains about 5g. If So if you ate this in a day, you would only need about 1.5 oz of Almonds to hit 25g.
