Alien nest???

OMG, WHAT JUST CAME OUT OF ME??? After having done a candida cleanse, I began to focus on parasites. I have also been doing a Bowel Cleanse with psyllium husk and Bentonite shakes and Mag 07, drinking ozonated water plus eating mostly vegetables with some low Sugar fruit. My meat source is poultry. Anyhow I've been having alot of BM today and this just came out of me and was floating on top. It looks like something out of Science fiction movie but I'm pretty sure one of the pieces is a liver fluke. Can anyone tell me what the strange looking thing with seeds in it is???

Seriously, I feel nauseous right now. A very small part of me is happy that this is out of me but mortified of what still in there.
