liver flushes, h pylori, parasites

Last post I was trying to figure out the cause of vomiting episodes every year or so.

Doctor found lesions in stomach, enlarged pylorus, lesions in upper part of duodenum. Waiting on biopsy results for the H Pylori diagnosis.

Even if it turns out that I have Pylori I think he has the diagnosis wrong.Ultrasound shows fatty liver but no stones. After lots of Liver Flushes I'm pretty sure they are not correct on this.

In the past I had good flushes when on a high fat diet. Over time I can't force feed a lot of fat anymore so flushes are not working well even though I can feel the congestion. Any ideas what to do here?

I'm going through the list of parasite medications one by one like Mattk advises. So far praziquental may be the strongest reactor, but ivermectin may also have been causing the vomiting too.

Coffee and clove or eucalyptus Oil Enema s are expelling roundworms.

Bloating gets a lot worse during the full moons.

I feel like I'm missing something because I've passed a ton of roundworms and the bloating isn't that much better overall.

Nothing is working to move bile. Maybe I should switch to bitters? I used to take dandelion but stopped because it made me feel nauseous and worsen the congestion.
