Grain is to be tested and reintroduced step by step.

THe official grains allowed on the diet are: rice - quinoa - buckwheat and amarandt / no oat - too high in carbohydrates.

Even so, rice is difficult because it is likely to cause constipation, so next time you try it - cover it with plenty of olive oil to avoid constipation and you are likely to cope better.

Some people have diffent intolerance, the best way to go about it is to find out what works for you. We are all different.
