Need help identifying

Please help me identify this stuff... It came out last week but I would like to know what it is so I can find out what is best to kill its eggs.  Thanks much.

Also, this was a nest that was passed the same day... I have no idea what kind and would appreciate anyone who does know to enlighten me.
