After much research, I decided to try urine therapy to improve my overall health and to possibly prevent maladies before they happen. I have only been doing it 4 days and have a couple questions. First off, with the perception being that urine would taste disgusting and objectionable, I have found just the opposite. For me, I actually like the taste, savor it, and look forward to my next cup. I am wondering if this could possibly be normal. I am thinking if it tastes so good to me (right now, my second favorite drink after water), does this mean my body has been craving urine re- ingestion all along? Or Does this mean I now have some kind of weird, perverted addiction? My diet is normal, which includes some meat, veggies, fruit etc. I am finding I like the taste the most in the morning when it is more yellow. It is not as good later in the day after drinking lots of water and it is almost clear in color. I still like it, but find the morning supply irresistible Or, the fact that I like it so much, even after the first time I ingested it, I am wondering if other people have had the same experiences. Also, because I like the taste, I am finding I dont want to "waste" any and want to ingest all of my expelled urine. However, could ingesting 100% of it actually be bad, and should I limit myself to maybe just 12 to 16 ounces a day?
