I'm using his protocol and it is working. I'm sure this lady probably did a similar regime to his. Healing the gut is what is important I think.
I fasted on whey water for two weeks, then juice fasted. When I introduced food back in too fast I stole up and reactivated the pain. Also using DMSO as well as L-glutamine to heal the gut and looking to try colostrum in the future. Not sure if I'm cured, but it seems that I've stopped it in its tracks for now. Pain is 90% gone. Swelling is 90% gone too. I'm functioning again.
