I had to work out while on it or I'd have gone stir crazy. Exercise is part of life for me.
I discovered at lot of muscle underneath the water that I shed within the first 4 days. I really don't think I lost any mass at all. You may look leaner once all that stuff is out your system ...oh THERE ARE THOSE DANG ABS I"VE BEEN WORKING ON 4EVER!!! LOL :)
Just try not to overdo it and as was said drink lots of water AND I know this sounds nuts but BREATHE DEEPLY at times. Drink in all the air. Supposedly, some of the protein we get comes from the nitrogen/carbon dioxide/oxygen gasses in the air.
Just don't do it infront of your friends...they may think your'e nuts! LOL.
