I did a Water Fast for 19 days. After that, I spent 5 days of eating a little food and then I started the 90-day diet. I've done this diet before and I had really good results. But today is day 23 of the diet and I've only lost 4 pounds, 2 of which I keep losing and gaining back. I don't understand how this is possible considering that every 4th day of the diet is a fruit day( the diet consists of 4 days that keep repeating themselves- 1st day-proteins, 2nd-rice,potatoes,corn,beans,lentil, 3rd-bread,pasta,vegetarian pizza, 4th-fruits and veggies). Is it possible that I can't lose weight because of the Water Fast I did? Btw during the Water Fast I lost 22 pounds and I gained 4 pounds when I started eating again. I'm 5'7 and currently I weigh 171,6 pounds so I definitely have more weight to lose.
