I keep repeating that extended fasts are not good for weight loss for the simple reason that your metabolism slows down.
Without food during the fast it adjusts because there is no need for it to be trying to digest no food.
So when you start eating again it can't handle the amount of food you are eating again.
Nothing wrong with your body.
This hasn't work for me because I have refused to pay the price for the ingredients, but you can check it out if you want.
