Re: How often are you doing coffee enemas?

What benefits have you experienced?

Have you tried liver flushing? If so, how does this compare with liver flushes?

Do you do a cleansing enema with water after a coffee enema?

My problem is that my eyes, largely the left one, is stiff and feels heavy, causing difficulties in conversations. I am training to be a psychotherapist so this is crucial for me.

The coffee enema plus Liver Flushes seem to help a bit, the explanation being that there is lymphatic congestion in the head which makes the eye muscles weak.

A couple of times in the beginning I did not do a cleansing enema after the CEs and I felt really sick. So I always do a water enema now, at the end.

The coffee enemas help a little bit, and more than anything else I have tried so far, which includes acupuncture, an ayurvedic panchakarma treatment, ayurvedic medicines, tibetan medicines, medicines from the ENT, juices for the liver, rebounding, exercise and more.
