What is my correct Moxidectin oral and topical dose?

On April 23, nematode larvae entered my lower leg. No one was more freaked out than me, when I looked down and saw a worm hanging out of my lower leg. I went to the doctor and received 2 doses of Ivermectin, 14 days apart, which I knew was insufficient. Another docter prescribed steriods. Already I knew steriods would create a hyperinfection. Same doctor also prescribed 7 days of antibiobiotics. I begged another doctor for one month of
Antibiotics and was told, "NO". Another docter I begged to prescribe me the anti-parasitic, ie pyrantel pamoate. Instead of a anti-parasitic, the doctor prescribed me a anti-histamine.
Now I am flying solo, I read mattk3 document 255. Since September 7, I have taken Praziquantel 50mg/kg/day, split dose 6 hours apart, combined with Albendazole 800mg/day split dose 400mg in the am and 400mg in the pm. Also dosing horse paste, Ivermectin 1 to 2 times per week, based on my weight and intuition.
One month ago, I applied Moxidectin topically. Over a 3 week perod I used 3 horse paste tubes containing 20mg Moxidectin, on the bottom of my feet, and both calf muscles. On August 20, I stopped with the Moxidectin, due to the fear I was overdosing. I am 73kg.
