You could manage the detoxification process by taking a teaspoon of clay several times a day, especially with meals and before bed. You're not killing fungal candida, only reverting it back to its normal yeast form. There won't be the leaking of hundreds of fungal toxins into the tissues or leaky membranes.
Take 5-MTHF to handle the folate issue. Sweating apart from the Plan can be a little different. I've seen this many times. It is a good idea to try it before hand to see how your body handles it, but it may not be the same as when you're on the Plan.
You may have some marginal mineral deficiencies, so taking trace minerals can be helpful.
