I would stop the Moxi. While it has a margin for error, you are way beyond anything normal.
I posted a moxi simulator in my folder, it is an XLS that shows the accumulated dose. You will be high for months with what you have done.
Movement of nematodes can be controlled using piperazine citrate, natural piperazine, or Invermectin.
Invermectin says do not feed, so antiparasitics are not absorbed. I take IVM at 6 AM, FenBen and others at 6 PM. Flukes do require more frequent dosing of praziquantel, but usually they can be held in check with a teaspoon of powder at 6PM.
When you have a complicated infection, round and flat, timing is everything.
