Will break my fast Monday night at 8:30pm on diluted organic Orange juice, then maybe another sip or two before bed. God Willing!
The very next morning I depart my rural property for the 3.5 hour long drive to get ultrasound. (this was the earliest appointment with female sonographer).
So the fast will theoretically be broken but still only very early days on liquid. I may have been a bit too weak to make the trip if it were in the last days of my fast. I am quite weak, not able to complete my 2km walks, only doing about 800m-1km these days.
Is there anything I should consider to keep my energies for the journey? is there any specific liquids I should take? I'm fully stocked with just about every organic fruit and veg my heart desires courtesy of my partner (I think he is concerned and looking forward to me refeeding).
So anything specific? or just keep to the organic organic orange juice or try a veg juice? obviously nothing solid at that stage or is that ok?
