Both of these sites were generated years ago by "One Manufacturer" to specifically promote their product and demote other products ability, while not directly referring to their product or by revealing that companies role in the web site.
It was created ignoring research data available then and data discovered since then, which all point to erroneous points which the site attempts to use as evidence for a particular type of CS, (as Griz says, a ploy to confuse(tho probably due to the ignorance and unwillingness of the originator to do any serious research beyond their own minds consideration)
Meso Silver would be very low (non existent) in power in it's ability to injure the Staph A bacteria(MRSA) due to the Staph A being gram positive and thus its membrane wouldn't be injured by the membrane oxidation actions of AG or AG+ or even I (iodine). (Iodine kills Staph A bacterium by entering the virus forms and disrupting them internally as does AG+).(virus are very different sort of creation. Very small. No reproducing mechanism. And many western scientists consider them to be, non living in a technical sense).
This is one reason why MRSA is so difficult for the establishment to deal with. The agent must be small enough to invade the bacterium and destroy its reproductive abilities there. Ionic silver products having atomic particles less than 20 nm in size have been shown to accomplish the task (and obviously the smaller the better), where as products having the larger then that mentioned sized AG+ atomic groups or being mainly AG(of any size) particles, have not.
BTW Like Iodine, many essential oils and herbs such as garlic have shown the ability to destroy Staph A(MRSA) effectively and easily. The point might be in the location of the infection and in the administering of the agent, and it's loss of power due to any systems interaction. (in vitro it's easy to destroy the bacterium, in vivo it's not as easy to accomplish for institutions. Tho it is confusing since there are numerous reports of Staph A MRSA being eliminated by natural methods)
