thank you for your response it has been very helpfull. I am in the process of doing a Colon Cleanse and will continue it for a 2 month stint. I do eat somewhat healthy anymore, but this has only been a habit in the last 3 years or so, before that all I seemed to consume were heavily processed junk foods. I have noticed a change since doing so, hopefully the cleanse will help, im going to do a Liver Flush later in the week.
Its interesting what you said about omega 3's. And I can now see why my Depression has escalated to the level it is now again. I guess i fell back off the horse. I used to rise, drink carrot juice and follow it with organic fish oil, i seemed to have almost no Depression while I was doing this. I know my body and liver must be heavily polluted ,especially due to my diet and heavy alcohol consumption in the past. I am 26, But i know ive done alot of damage to myselfand im currently trying my best to get back on track.
I dont know what level I plan on taking natural health to, but certainly not eating junk food and doing cleanses will help, im not a health freak by any means, but i do eat alot healthier than anyone I know
