We pray for you in your difficult situation. Have you considered black seed oil. In research it killed parasites in children that had been naturally infected.
You may also consider the onion therapy which is very cheap, not an easy medicine.

It is horrible but very cleansing.
The blessed seed oil is much easier in comparison but this therapy is certainly worth the duress it causes.
Simply grate a fresh onion and press the gratings to a juice (with a
teatowel), this needs to be done daily so the juice is fresh.
. 1st day
take 1 tespoon. 2nd day take 2 teaspoons, 3rd day take 3 teaspoons,
Every day increase the dose by an extra teaspoon until a dose of 9
tespoons are reached, ie on the 9th day. This should be taken for 6
weeks. The juice should be taken on an empty stomach and 1 hour before
eating.

For black seed we recommend theblessedseed as they have a strong black seed oil which your parasites would have more trouble resisting.
