Re: Diet when it comes to parasites

Thank you, I've heard low carb no fruit before and I've sticked to that for the last 10 months.
Is this a diet I should stick with forever? If we'll always have parasites/always are picking them up..

I seem to be able to tolerate most foods very well :) do you eat beans and legumes?
