3) Oatmeal - very high amount of natural magnesium per cup/serving which fights anxiety and lowers stress. Oatmeal is good for nerve twitches. I almost do not have them anymore.
These are the herbs that helped me most to overcome stress.
- Siberian ginseng is also a very good herb for stress, Depression and fatigue.
- A medium b-complex 10-15 mg per day (I do not like B-50 formulas because 50 mg of each b vitamin is too much).
- Watch out for vitamin deficiencies.
