lyme and co infections pass in other ways besides ticks. they pass via insects for example.

Everyone who has lyme does not automatically have morgellons. They find only between 6 and 10% of people with lyme have morgellons. But everyone who has morgellons has lyme. They used to say 98% but a recent article i read said 100%.
The new book out called Morgellons which is the first factual guide discusses this and it discusses the possibility of it coming from various sources.

you are right. lyme does not cause morgellons. Lyme causes lyme. Coinfections pass at the same time. I assume that is when the morgellons protozoa or bacteria or whatever passes. But i have never read that.
