I lived with a morgellons sufferer. At first I accepted it was a fungal infection. What became painfully clear was my beautiful highly intelligent girlfriend was suffering from delusional paratosis. Because they refuse to believe the diagnosis they seek doctors who "belive" them. Painful! Tweet
