I'm going to be eating my favorite foods today...to hopefully help with any cravings that might pop up. I'm doing it mainly for weight loss purposes, and I think the cleansing will be good for my body. But from what I understand, when you give your digestive system a break, your body uses all the extra energy to get rid of the toxins, including your unwanted extra fat areas. I read the book a while ago, but I think I'm going to read it again to help mentally prep myself.
What are your reasons for the cleanse? Did you find all the ingredients you needed?
