Thank you! I couldn't wait for that first reply to come. I haven't eaten since midnight so now it's been nearly 18 hours and I am hungry and a little light headed but I can still go till midnight. I'm in a house full of food I can't eat anyways and I'm determined when I break the fast it will be with eggs or something with VERY low carbs and no sugar. I will at least be holding out until midnight. After which time I think I will eat something but will take care not to overdo it. Would fasting every other day be good for me?
