All good, congratulations. However, in Nature there is no progesterone supplement. If the body is not producing enough of its own, there is a reason and it is either a deficiency of a needed ingredient, or the presence of some bad actor that should not be there. In the end, if supplementing progesterone works, I am not against it of course. But my perspective differs - I am currently aquainted with female aged 50 who is pregnant, whereas just 3 years ago she had zero menstruation due to accumulated toxins. The point is, that menstruation was restored to a good flow, prior to the pregnancy, after she had thought she was just "getting old" and had no flow. Maybe a reverse of menopause, I don't know. Main point is, all of this stuff derives from either lack of proper nutrients, or presence of things which shouldn't be there.
