ICU protocol, what to do for combined infections?

Question on ICU protocol. For combined infections (tapeworm- unknown species, but found ALOT back in Nov after 8 days on albendazole, ascaris-guess from visual inspection and quantity, liver flukes (saw curled up tomato skins, and pinworms) Most recently trying ICU protocol for ascaris. 1 week Meb then 1 week off, 1 week on, 1 week off. My second week I upped my dosage to 300mg when I could handle it and 100 mg when I couldn't. (Not in the protocol) but because I'd read that 300 mg of mebendazole morning and night for 3 days would get rid of some types of tapeworm. I have been dumping lots of roundworms (ascaris?). Since I have a combined infection, should I instead be doing her protocol for Tapeworms or fluke? Or stick to Ascaris for now, since I am seeing some results?
